A little about me:
In the Society for Creative Anachronsims, I am known as Lord Connor McPhaddin (m.k.a. Keith Vaden), a younger son of a minor Irish nobleman's from around the mid to late 11th century. As a younger son, I did not stand to inherit and had only a few choices to make for my life; a tennant and vassal of my older brother, a man of the cloth, or striking out on my own. As I did not care much for either of the first to prospects, I decided that I would sell my sword, until I found someone whom I felt I could serve. In this, I was successful, having found a knight to whom I could squire in Baron Sir Magnus Bloodaxe, a Norse noble, who I was fortunate to become aquainted with in my travels. He has accepted me into his household and has agreed to take me as his squire. In return for my service and fealty, he has sworn to instruct me in the skills I require. Thusly, do we now come to my present. Although I make my current home within the East Kingdom shire of Owl's Reste (mundanely York, Pennsylvania), I am a memeber of House Full Circle and owe my fealty to Baron Sir Magnus Bloodaxe as his squire. It is my hope to one day, with the tutelage I am recieving from my knight in the ways of chivalry, I be able to earn my belt and join the ranks of Chivalry. Until that day, I will serve my knight to the best of my abilities and strive to learn all that he has to teach me.
